Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment being confirmed. For made-to-order pieces, the preparation time is stated on the product page.

Shipping rates and delivery times differ for Türkiye, Europe and the rest of the world. The amount and estimated time appear once you select your country at checkout.

Customs and taxes

For orders shipped outside Türkiye, customs duties and local taxes are payable by the recipient. These amounts vary by country and are not included in the order total.

Returns and exchanges

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, with its tags attached and in its original packaging.
