Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

2. Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller's website.

3. Right of withdrawal

The Buyer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason and without penalty. Notice of withdrawal must be sent to the Seller in writing. The right of withdrawal does not apply to pieces knitted to individual measurements.

4. Delivery

The product is delivered within a period not exceeding 30 days following confirmation of the order. For international deliveries this period may be extended by customs procedures.

5. Disputes

Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
